This week in my newsletter, West Hawaii Real Estate, I've included information on the Investor Spread Sheet I use for my investor clients.  I'm finding more amateur investors becoming interested in real estate these days and have been asked to provide info on how to go about it.

In general, our sales numbers for the year are improving and median prices are still coming down.  All change is slowing though so my prediction that the bottom is here I believe is true.  Tomorrow we have a guest writer who will address the VA and how their loans may be of assistance to you.
