Bank of Hawaii has just released this weeks mortgage rates and they are unbelievable.  I have never seen rates this low.  I've also attached below the flyer on B of H First Time Homebuyers program.

Here's the flyer for First Time Homebuyers.  There will probably never be a better opportunity to buy as much home as you can at these rates.
